Salesforce’s Agentforce Conference

I had such a unique experience at Salesforce’s Agentforce Conference which helped me see the potentially transformative impact of AI on the legal profession through a new lens. I learned about how Salesforce has created a technology called Agentforce which is a way to create a custom assistant that allows professionals in the public sector to efficiently utilize Artificial Intelligence. I also learned how to apply this new technology to the criminal justice system specifically prosecutors, public defenders offices and other justice agencies.

Prosecutor and defender offices are extremely busy often with desks overflowing with cases which must each be addressed individually. Artificial Intelligence can assist lawyers in handling complex cases with many documents including photos, videos and other digital evidence. AI can be the assistant that attorneys need to help them prepare for trial. This is transformational!

I wanted to learn about how lawyers in the public sector, especially in criminal justice, can use this technology to make their jobs easier and more efficient.
