My Dream for the Future for the Criminal Justice System

Since the brutal police killing of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Elijah McClain, Rayshard Brooks, and far too many others to name, there has been an awakening in our country.

My dream is a country where we never have to see another person of color on video, saying “I can’t breathe.”  

My idea is to deeply impact criminal justice, specifically with state prosecutors, by leveraging technology.

Through IPC, I will ignite current and former prosecutors to lead the charge to end mass incarceration and elevate our profession into the digital age.

Our goal is to evolve how prosecutors perform their job for the next generation and collaborate with other prosecution reform organizations to catalyze deeper impact in each office. We seek to decrease the incarceration rate and racial disparities in prosecutorial decisions. Over time, the goal is to be a thought leader in alternatives to incarceration. We hope our approach will steer our country to be more aligned with the world community in criminal justice.
